Tennis elbow can be a problematic injury that would heal fully because it affects tendons and ligament that is constantly used in almost every movement. The limitations of tennis elbow braces are that it does not allow for elbow movement and do not support the arm for different activities you would want to.  It also does not reduce the pain for a long time but prolongs it.

Therefore, it is advisable to wear the tennis elbow braces for a short while, no more than a week. This help reduces the strain of the arm while the other tools help the body heal by it.
